Advanced SIP panels for energy-efficient and sustainable construction

H-Block® is a patented, reinforced SIP panel that combines high-performance thermal insulation with exceptional structural strength. The panel consists of a closed-cell polyurethane foam core, enclosed in an OSB box construction, resulting in a lightweight yet robust building material.

Thexpan ®

Innovative Thermodynamic Sandwich Panel for Sustainable Building Solutions

Thexpan®️ is a patented thermodynamic sandwich panel that combines construction, insulation, and energy management into one advanced building material. The panel integrates a heat exchanger directly into the structure, enabling it to function both as a building component and an efficient thermal system.

Applications and Benefits

Multifunctional Use:
Thexpan®️ panels serve as roof or wall construction and can simultaneously act as a solar collector, heat emission or absorption system, snow melting surface, and primary energy source for heat pumps.

Energy Sources:
The panels can absorb or emit heat via integrated pipes, using external sources such as sunlight, air, stoves, or geothermal energy.

Seasonal Efficiency:
Thanks to their thermodynamic properties, the panels can collect heat for hot water during summer and melt snow or provide heat to heat pumps during winter.

Thexpan®️:
Consists of two protective steel sheets with a polyurethane core in between and an integrated heat exchanger in a “coil pipe” system.

Thexpan®️ Plus:
Replaces the inner steel sheet with an OSB board, eliminating thermal bridges and simplifying interior finish installation.
